DND–KMP Expressway runs 27 km from Sohna, Haryana to Ballabgarh, Haryana.

Why it matters
Without it, a driver in Delhi has to cross Gurugram or Faridabad on ordinary roads before the country's longest expressway even starts. This link is what makes the expressway usable from the capital itself.
History
The Delhi–Mumbai Expressway officially begins at Sohna, well outside Delhi, which left the question of how Delhi traffic was meant to reach it. This link is the answer: a fast road from the DND Flyway at the Delhi–Noida border, past Faridabad, to the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal expressway near Sohna. Much of the Delhi stretch is elevated, because it runs along the Yamuna floodplain and through built-up Faridabad.
